(Frequently Asked Questions) Why is there a live and edited version of content? ICE delivers your content to 1,000 of travel sites and before it appears “live” on their site we are responsible to check content for offensive materials. When editing a brochure, an “edited” version is created with the updates, deletions, and/or additions. This allows one version, the live version, to be distributed to travel sites, while the edited version is being modified. As soon as the edited version is activated, it will replace the live version in real time. As soon as you finish with your edits, and click
editing complete (in Edit mode), an alert is sent requesting a review.
An ICE employee can view the history of changes and additions and most
changes are activated with 72 hours, and if content is rejected you will
receive and e-mail with the reasons.
