To Find Digital Brochures – Use Search Filters and click Search:

Property type, Property name, Region, Country, State, City

Mapping state – brochures you’ve already mapped or ones not yet mapped.

Status – brochures enabled or disabled (you may disable properties that you don’t sell)

Note: List appears in alphabetical order. Each page shows 10 properties.

To go to next page click page number at bottom right or “…” to skip forward or back 10 pages. To get more detail on property – Location & address, click on property name

To Map a Hotel’s Property ID (with your PID) there are 3 Options:

1. Enter your PID # (Property ID) in empty fields labeled “Mapped ID”
a. Tab, Enter or Mouse Click to next field and PID # has been entered.

2. Download Mapping (bottom left)
a. Download a spreadsheet with the results of your search, or entire database. Please be patient as this will take a minute or two.
b. Enter corresponding PID #’s in spread sheet
c. Upload spread sheet
d. Properties will be mapped automatically

3. XML interface
a. You can use “UpdateMappingInfo” XML interface to automate this process.

- Edit brochure or enable / disable brochure

1. Click (Edit Parameters) to view settings
2. Enter or Edit Mapped ID in window
3. Check to enable brochure – un-check to disable brochure
4. To edit or modify brochure parts for specified brochure (different than your globally settings on Distributor settings), check to show brochure parts.

- Preview Brochure click (View Brochure) and will appear

- Get Smart Link click (Get smart link) to get smart link for specific brochure (With edits, if different from global parameters - set in Distributor settings)

NOTE: Smart links may be identical (with global parameters - set in Distributor settings) EXCEPT for the Mapped ID#.

- Get Brochure Media – click to decompose brochure and take individual pieces of the brochure (Photos, VRs, Video, Maps, Logos, etc.). Use smart links for desired media. If content is updated on ICE it will also update on your site.
