Distributor ID - Your ID number identifies you & your preferences to ICE.
CSS file (Cascading Style Sheet) – Use the CSS to change any or all elements of the digital brochure so they will look and feel like your website – font type, font size, font color, background colors, colors for buttons, borders, frames, etc.
To change the CSS
1. Download “default ccs file”
2. Make changes
3. Browse and enter modified version
4. Click “OK” at bottom to upload (when finished with all updates)
To use the default CSS (gray tone),
1. Download “default ccs file”
2. Browse and enter default css file (same file that was downloaded)
3. Click “OK” at bottom to upload (when finished with all updates)
NOTE: It is RECOMMENDED you have a CSS uploaded. If you do not upload a CSS, each digital brochure it will default to the Hotelier’s CSS (their color preferences). Please make sure you do a careful review of brochure look and feel after making changes to your CSS.
Logo file
To upload your logo (to appear in your digital brochures):
1. Logo must be a JPEG or GIF image
2. Size, in pixels, Min 100 wide x 40 high–- Max 300 wide x 75 high
3. Browse for logo and enter
4. Click “OK” at bottom to upload (when finished with all updates)
Rates and Reservations Link:
To link the digital brochures link to a booking engine (from rates & reservations tab):
1.
Enter the url to your booking engine
a. To have ICE go to the brochure specific property, enter string with
“#” for Property ID. Example: http://www.partner.com/booking=id#
ICE will append ID of the brochure being viewed to this link to send user
to Rates and Reservations page of your website. Please note that ICE will
not do any parsing of this URL, so it is important that a correct URL
can be constructed by appending a brochure ID to the supplied link. The
Property ID # will be added to the end of the URL by ICE if that feature
is enabled.

Click “OK” at
bottom to upload (when finished with all updates)
Note: you must also enable (show
brochure part) for rates and reservations.
Preferred Language – Select
the default language of the digital brochure.
Note: If a selected language is not available (in database),
brochure will default to English.
Receive Monthly Notifications – Select this if
you would like monthly updates, via e-mail, on new content available in
ICE database.
Distributor Settings - Show Brochure Parts
Show Brochure Parts - Click any section
to enable or show that part of the brochure. If the section is not checked, the brochure will not show that section. This will set your global parameters of what is "turned on" or "off."
IF there is no corresponding content in database, some sections that are enabled will not appear for that property. For example, if you show (or enable) Video, and the property does not have video (only photos and virtual tours), the video tab will not appear in your brochure.
NOTE: You may edit parameters for individual brochures as well to change the settings for an individual brochure (distributor's brochure section > "edit" mode).
