IMPORTANT!
Replace existing image with the SAME TYPE
For example: update a standard room shot,
with another, "updated" standard room shot.
If you do not follow this guideline, distributors who are showing your image(s) on their site, independent of the brochure, will be showing an image which does not match their context.
Image size should be 600 x 400 pixels
Minimum image size 390 x 260 pixels.
The ICE system will automatically size

Image”
1. Select Photo –Enter new photo by browsing and
selecting appropriate photo from your
computer.
2. Upload
Note: The aspect ratio for
image(s) should be 3:2 – if the ratio is off by
more than 10%, you’ll see the following message"
“Image has invalid aspect ratio”
This means image may not look good when presented
in brochure. Image may not pass the ICE Portal activation process and we
strongly encourage you to make sure all the images are of proper proportions
(3:2).
You will still be able to upload images that are not 3:2, if they do not
exceed the maximum (600 x 400) or minimum (390 x 260) size requirements.
