Sample Search Form To Map a Hotel’s Property ID
To Map Content to your IDs (Property ID-PID) there are 3 Options:
1. Enter
your PID # (Property ID) in empty
fields labeled “Mapped ID”
a. Tab, Enter or Mouse Click to next field and
PID # has been entered.
2. Download
Mapping (bottom left)
a. Download excel spreadsheet with the results of your search, or entire
database. Please be
patient as it could
take a minute or two.
b. Enter corresponding PID#’s in spread sheet
c. Upload spread sheet in CSV (comma- delimited file) format.
d. Properties will be mapped automatically
3. XML interface
a. You can use “UpdateMappingInfo” XML
interface to automate this process.
