Virtual Tours & Traditional Photography Rates
10 images – Photos and/or virtual tours $ 1,995
• Production + Post Production (PhotoShop) enhancement of 10 images (360 Tours/Photos)
• Additional images billed at $150 each
Ultra-Res Full Screen Virtual Tours Add $ 300 each
• Hosting will be $5 per month per tour
 
Flash WebShow Net Rate
Post production of 8-10 photos in 1 min. Video Montage with Music $950
• Photos provided by client
• Voice Over and Scripting will incur additional fees approximately. $1,500
 
Streaming Videos * Rate
Video produced, edited and compressed for streaming $ 5,950
• 1-2” Video (produced, edited & compressed with voice over & music)

* Property will be responsible for travel expenses (if needed), lodging and meals.

All work will be billed 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
