Henry Woodman Henry Woodman-President
Henry Woodman is a Florida native and a graduate of the University of Arizona. He is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and French fluently, and is a natural entrepreneur. He began his first business venture as a college student, and continued to hone his business skills as he matured. He pioneered the creation of two other corporations before finally deciding to focus his efforts in travel.

Initially, Woodman worked in film and television production earning four Emmy nominations in network TV. Next, in international travel promotion, he produced and directed films and videos of leading worldwide destinations for major travel companies including: American Airlines, American Express, Eastern Airlines, government tourism boards, and leading cruise lines.

In 1998, to pioneer the production and Internet distribution of Digital Brochures and Virtual Reality 360° Panoramic Photography, Woodman founded World Travelvision (WTV). In 2003 he formed the Internet Content Exchange (ICE Portal) now the travel industry’s leading rich content management and distribution platform.

ICE Portal’s client list now includes major international hotel chains and leading government tourist boards, and Woodman has become the travel industry’s premiere expert on visual internet content. Also, under his leadership, ICE powers the rich content for most major travel websites including Orbitz, Travelocity, Priceline, and is the technological force behind Pegasus Rich Media Service.

Stephen K. Tipsword Stephen K. Tipsword - Sr. Vice President, Business Development & Chief Operating Officer
From sales and marketing to eCommerce, distribution and strategic planning, as well as other aspects of day-to-day operations, Steve’s dynamic 30-year career in the travel and hospitality industry is distinguished by his success in spearheading growth-oriented initiatives with a focus on creating incremental shareholder value. Leveraging this experience, in his current role he is primarily responsible for developing the strategies, processes, and structure necessary to support and sustain the growth momentum of the company while retaining ICE Portal’s core values of superior quality, customer service, and technology.

Immediately prior to joining the ICE Portal team, Steve held the dual positions of Senior Director of Marketing for the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association (AHATA) and Executive Director for Meet Aruba, the meetings and incentive marketing arm of AHATA. Positions prior to his tenure at AHATA, include General Manager for Continental Airlines Vacations, Director of eCommerce and Distribution for Air Jamaica, and various positions during a long career with Delta Air Lines including National Account Manager and General Manager, Online Agency. In this position, he led the development and establishment of Delta’s global Internet distribution strategy as it relates to 3rd party intermediaries yielding $1.3 billion in sales, while reducing distribution expenses by $18 million in 2002. A former Chairman of the Air Transport Association’s Electronic Marketplace Committee in 2001 and 2002, Mr. Tipsword attended the University of Colorado, Denver with an emphasis on Aviation and Real Estate Finance.
Joseph McMahonJoseph McMahon - Director of Software Development
Joe McMahon has been in the software industry for over 25 years as a software engineer and manager. Began working part time as a software developer in 1981 while attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, went on to full-time work as a software engineer specializing in user interface design and development. Worked for 15 years at VERITAS Software (now part of Symantec) in the Boston area as a developer, development manager, product/project manager, and eventually as Senior Program Manager.
Joe took time off from corporate life for entrepreneurial pursuits including owning and operating a fitness and personal training center in Boston that specialized in software-assisted training and physical analysis.
Joe relocated to Florida in 2007 and joined ICE Portal first as Product/Project Manager and currently as Director of Software Development and IT.
Peter TannerPeter Tanner-Manager Director Asia Pacific
Peter has an airline and travel industry background spanning 18 years. Until 1996 he was a shareholder and director of one of New Zealand's largest tour wholesalers where he held a number of senior roles. His interests are now in software development with directorship in a recently launched international IT startup.
Brett RobinsonBrett Robinson- General Manager NZ & Pacific
Sixteen years industry experience gained from roles across the Airline and Retail travel and management sectors. Recently held a senior management position with Thomas Cook (NZ) Ltd. Skills in management, sales and marketing and interests in the application of technology in the travel industry.
Vivienne ‘Bo’ Yao Vivienne “Bo” Yao – Director of Operations
Throughout her career Bo has earned a well-deserved reputation for high quality work for major clients including the U.S, Government, Starwood Hotels, Sol Melia, and Sandals Resorts. Since joining World Travelvision in 1999 her talent and dedication have been instrumental to the company’s development and growth. As Director of Operations, Bo is also responsible for the systems and processes that keep ICE Portal efficient, dynamic, and successful.
Marizel De La Torre Marizel De La Torre -Sr. Account Manager
Marizel De La Torre joined ICE Portal after graduating from the University of Michigan with University Honors and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science. Fluent in English and Spanish, Marizel is capable of organizing and coordinating large-scale projects involving clients from many different countries. She is currently on track towards completing her Juris Doctorate degree with a focus on corporate law.

Within her role as Sr. Account Manager, Marizel is responsible for managing all aspects of communications with assigned clients and select business relationships. Acting as the single point of contact on sales and marketing issues between ICE Portal and major industry partners, her strategic role is to develop and maintain connections with key decision-makers at multiple levels within allied corporations. In addition to balancing her time between existing account management, establishing and maintaining relationships with industry and business prospects, and growing sales revenues, Marizel frequently works with Senior-level executives on issues of promotional campaigns and complex-solution sales opportunities.
Jill JonesJill Jones- Caribbean Representative
Jill Jones, is a respected Caribbean tourism industry veteran with over 16 years of experience in sales and media. Before starting her own firm and contracting with ICE Portal, Ms. Jones was the Publisher of Gold Book Publishing, a subsidiary of the Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA). In addition to servicing over 800 CHA members across 32 destinations, Ms. Jones was also appointed the Group Director of Sales of the Caribbean Tourism Development Company (CTDC), a joint venture between CHA and the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO). In her CTDC role, she contributed to the development and launch of www.CaribbeanTravel.com, the official website and booking engine of the Caribbean region.

Before her impressive tenure at CHA and CTDC, Ms. Jones held different sales positions at Caribbean Publishing Company in Grand Cayman for six years. As Regional Sales Manager, she managed a regional sales force whose collective revenue goals exceeded an average yearly growth of +18%. As Senior Regional Manager, Ms. Jones supervised regional sales managers covering Anguilla, Aruba, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Her team exceeded annual revenue goals across four directories and 2,500 contracts with an average yearly growth of +15%. Previous positions also include National Account Executive at East Midlands Allied Press and Account Executive at Lincolnshire Standard Group of Newspapers, both located in the United Kingdom.
